<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Senior D365 Consultant</li><li>Strong hands-on technical delivery experience</li><li>Deep knowledge of D365 Finance</li><li>Deep knowledge of D365 Field Service</li><li>Experience driving roadmaps, solution design, and delivery ownership</li><li>Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Background in enterprise-scale D365 programmes</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) knowledge (nice to have)</li><li>D365 Customer Engagement / Customer Service knowledge (nice to have)</li><li>D365 Sales knowledge (nice to have)</li><li>D365 Customer Voice integration experience (Azure, third-party systems) (nice to have)</li><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (nice to have)</li></ul>

<ul><li>Act as the hands-on technical Solution Architect for Dynamics 365</li><li>Own solution design, roadmap definition, and end-to-end delivery</li><li>Lead architecture across D365 Finance and D365 Field Service</li><li>Translate business and technical requirements into scalable D365 solutions</li><li>Drive design decisions through build, test, and deployment phases</li><li>Work closely with internal teams (IT, Product, Finance, Operations)</li><li>Collaborate with external partners and vendors where required</li><li>Lead and participate in workshops with senior stakeholders</li><li>Ensure solutions align with D365 best practice, governance, and standards</li></ul>

<p>We are a large enterprise client seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to support a major D365 transformation programme. This is a hands-on technical role with a focus on solution design, roadmap ownership, and delivery leadership across core Dynamics 365 modules, particularly D365 Finance and D365 Field Service. Our team offers a genuinely hands-on architect role, competitive day rate outside IR35, and significant autonomy and influence on platform direction. The position is hybrid/remote, with the expectation to start as soon as possible.</p>
