Principal Product Assurance Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Relevant work experience ideally supported by qualifications</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and drive improvements</li><li>Electrical / electrical test experience is advantageous</li><li>Ability and confidence to report to all levels of the business</li><li>Strong practical problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and facilitate improvement activities</li><li>Good planning and organizing skills to manage multiple tasks and deliver objectives</li><li>Highly self-motivated with determination and persistence to deliver results despite challenges</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Facilitate practical problem-solving activities to determine root causes and implement corrective actions</li><li>Conduct process audits, issue non-conformances, and facilitate root cause and corrective actions</li><li>Provide frontline support for non-conformance management in manufacturing functions</li><li>Administer non-conformities and containment activities</li><li>Collate and analyze non-conformance data, highlighting trends and risks, and identifying improvement opportunities</li><li>Manage customer concerns and escapes involving inter-company facilities in Europe and external customers</li><li>Oversee inscapes between business units within manufacturing</li><li>Interface with programmes quality representatives and wider quality teams to share data and progress on non-conformities</li><li>Approve FAIs, C of Cs, and other product-related documents as needed</li><li>Support the transfer of new products into manufacturing, verify PFMEAs, risk register actions, and assist with industrial validation activities</li></ul>
