Specialist Engineer

<ul><li>Extensive operational experience in complex technology delivery</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of network transmission systems (e.g., Ericsson OMS, ABB Fox)</li><li>Hands-on experience with NMC/NMS environments</li><li>Solid understanding of SDH/PDH, MPLS, and DWDM technologies</li><li>Excellent communication and customer-facing skills</li><li>Ability to conduct root-cause analysis for major incidents</li><li>Experience contributing to SLA and performance metrics</li><li>Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule</li></ul>

<ul><li>Responsible for routing design, validation, and circuit production for SDH/PDH telecommunication services</li><li>Provide 2nd and 3rd line network engineering support at customer sites</li><li>Manage complex technical incidents while maintaining clear communication with specialist engineers and client personnel</li><li>Ensure SLA compliance and follow contract governance processes</li><li>Prioritize site health, safety, and operational standards</li></ul>
