Lead AI Automation Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in AI and automation solutions</li><li>Proficient in workflow automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato)</li><li>Strong knowledge of API design, integration, and authentication</li><li>Skilled in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages</li><li>Familiarity with AI/ML models (LLMs, embeddings, classification, summarization)</li><li>Experience with data wrangling and ETL tools</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms and serverless architectures</li><li>Understanding of RPA or orchestration frameworks</li><li>Senior-level experience, comfortable as the sole tech specialist</li></ul>

<ul><li>Design and deliver automation and AI solutions for various SMEs</li><li>Build a library of reusable modules, components, and internal frameworks</li><li>Engage directly with stakeholders to understand needs and identify opportunities</li><li>Define solution architecture, including solution patterns, approach, and best practices</li><li>Grow and lead a team of engineers as the client base expands</li><li>Define and document the technical roadmap, toolset, environment, and processes</li></ul>
