SAP Support Administrator
<p><b>Salary: £46,900 - 46,900 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with appropriate oversight, consistently delivering documented and auditable outcomes</li><li>Highly detail-oriented with a methodical, controls-focused approach to execution and compliance</li><li>Proven experience performing SAP security activities, including User Access Reviews (UAR) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis</li><li>Hands-on experience in SAP user administration and access provisioning across business systems</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite for reporting and analysis</li><li>Experience supporting software user administration, access reporting, and control evidence production</li><li>Working knowledge of IT Control Frameworks, with practical exposure to access controls and change management controls</li><li>Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and its impact on access and change controls</li></ul>

<ul><li>Execute and maintain documented procedures in support of SAP General IT Controls (GITCs) to ensure consistent compliance</li><li>Identify control and process gaps and contribute to the enhancement of controls documentation and governance standards</li><li>Extract, analyse, and manipulate SAP data to produce evidence supporting application and access controls</li><li>Perform and support User Access Reviews (UARs) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments in line with security policies</li><li>Provide audit support by responding to internal and external audit requests, including evidence preparation</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives across SAP Security processes, controls, and reporting</li></ul>

This role supports the documentation, enhancement, and execution of General IT Controls across UK SAP applications. For more than 70 years, we have been in a strong partnership with the UK military, accomplishing numerous milestones in defence engineering and providing essential capabilities across land, sea, and air. This role is based at our headquarters in Stevenage, which offers excellent transportation links, an onsite gym, and a coffee shop, along with training and development opportunities for all employees.</p>
