Application Support Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>3 years experience in an application support or systems support role</li><li>Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset</li><li>Experience working with C# is preferred</li><li>Confident using SQL Management Studio; SQL Server experience is highly beneficial</li><li>Comfortable working with data and producing reports</li><li>Service-focused approach with the ability to work proactively</li><li>Experience supporting users and liaising with business stakeholders</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Providing day-to-day support for corporate systems and third-party applications</li><li>Investigating incidents, analysing root causes and identifying fixes or workarounds</li><li>Working with stakeholders to understand issues and priorities</li><li>Supporting testing across new releases, upgrades and patches</li><li>Ensuring data quality and reporting outputs are accurate and dependable</li><li>Producing reports and working with datasets to support business needs</li><li>Using SQL tools to query, validate and analyse data</li></ul>
