<ul><li>Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)</li><li>Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills</li><li>Risk management and mitigation strategies</li><li>Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW)</li><li>Familiarity with SAP implementation and integration processes</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams</li><li>Decision-making and critical thinking skills</li><li>Change management expertise</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Negotiation and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting</li><li>Knowledge of Asset Management systems, processes, and best practices</li><li>Knowledge of industry-specific processes and requirements</li><li>Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and business users</li><li>Entry Qualification: HND or Degree level qualification</li><li>Recognised Project/Programme Management qualification</li><li>Recognised Change Management qualification</li><li>Agile tooling (Jira) / Agile & DevOps knowledge</li><li>Experience with IT systems portfolio delivery</li><li>Exposure to budget management greater than £1m</li><li>Management of multi-disciplined teams up to ten people</li><li>Experience with Agile Delivery Methodology</li><li>Experience working on SAP implementation or upgrade projects, even in supporting roles</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead and manage the delivery of core SAP Readiness projects within NP&R</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between NP&R and the SAP Programme</li><li>Define and deliver SAP readiness projects with cross-functional teams</li><li>Engage with NP&R stakeholders and the SAP Programme Management team</li><li>Ensure SAP projects are delivered on schedule, meeting critical milestones and deadlines</li><li>Guarantee quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards</li><li>Facilitate communication and decision-making between the SAP Programme and NP&R</li><li>Maintain alignment with key stakeholders, managing expectations and needs</li><li>Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies</li><li>Manage and resolve issues arising during the project lifecycle</li><li>Lead and manage the NP&R project teams tasks to ensure effective collaboration</li><li>Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, risks, and issues</li><li>Facilitate clear communication between project teams and stakeholders</li><li>Manage changes to project scope, ensuring documentation and communication</li><li>Ensure that NP&R colleagues are prepared for changes brought by SAP implementations</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards</li><li>Follow best practices and methodologies for high-standard project delivery</li></ul>
