IT Support Applications Manager
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven, at least 5 years of Applications, Database/Support Management experience</li><li>2 years project management experience</li><li>Familiar with integrated application environments, including Information Systems, CRM (MIS), and Virtual Learning Environments using Azure services</li><li>Familiar with methodologies and project tools such as PRINCE2 and Microsoft Project</li><li>Familiar with specified high-level programming languages (e.g. Power Automate, PowerBI)</li><li>Knowledge of integration techniques (e.g. API, Wonde)</li><li>Must have full UK working rights</li><li>Own transport required due to rural location</li></ul>

<ul><li>Manage the IT Applications to ensure a robust, reliable, and secure service is developed and maintained</li><li>Provide data management support for identified applications and services</li><li>Implement change and improvement for applications as required</li><li>Manage and improve the service management framework for identified applications and associated software vendors</li><li>Facilitate rapid resolution of application incidents</li><li>Deliver applications services without significant failure or poor service performance</li></ul>
