<p><b>Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>OEM based technical qualification</li><li>Minimum of 4 years working in an IT environment</li><li>Knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager and associated services (AES, Breeze, AMS, SM, SBC)</li><li>Experience in incident/problem control and service requests</li><li>Ability to supervise resources to deliver agreed objectives</li><li>Strong communication skills, both electronic and verbal</li><li>Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation</li><li>Familiarity with security and compliance legislation</li><li>Ability to implement training documentation and deliver training</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support the Telecoms Manager in developing and maintaining the Trusts telephony and mobile infrastructure</li><li>Act as the escalation point for junior team members and assist with incidents and service requests</li><li>Participate in project work such as Voice Recorder upgrades and SIP migrations</li><li>Design procedures for security, recovery, and incident control</li><li>Manage upgrades, patching, and maintenance of voice and data applications</li><li>Ensure integrity and confidentiality of information in line with NHS policy</li><li>Communicate effectively about service changes and support</li><li>Propose and implement improvements to service levels</li><li>Assist in supplier management including evaluating offers and negotiating contracts</li><li>Monitor performance data and report on service quality</li></ul>
