Systems Engineer - Gloucester
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience of maintaining the laptop estate via endpoint management software</li><li>Knowledge of networking, including security and IT governance frameworks</li><li>Working experience with IT project delivery</li><li>Administration of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence</li><li>PowerShell script writing and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS</li><li>Prior experience working independently on-site with minimal supervision</li><li>CompTIA Network, ITIL 4, ISO27001 or similar certification</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates of the IT estate</li><li>Conduct regular audits, reports, and risk assessments</li><li>Provide technical support to end users across thin clients, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals</li><li>Manage user accounts, onboard, offboard, and manage permissions and access to internal and external systems</li><li>Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with your IT projects</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory</li><li>Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and recovery</li><li>Support meeting rooms, AV equipment, printers, and telephony systems</li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on-site</li></ul>
