IT Vendor Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience in a vendor, workforce or talent management related role, including working knowledge of contracts</li><li>Good working knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks and standards such as Information Security, Data Governance, GDPR, DORA, ISO27001, and risk management principles</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyse alternative solutions to issues and problems, drive improvements, and take charge of initiatives</li><li>Previous knowledge of IT processes and working within an IT team</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support the smooth operation and quality assurance of our vendor management framework</li><li>Liaise with key internal stakeholders and vendors to carry out assurance activities for governance of vendor relationships</li><li>Own and monitor a vendor segmentation tool to determine necessary governance levels for IT vendors</li><li>Assemble and distribute IT Workforce & Vendor reporting and dashboards for the IT Workforce Manager</li><li>Produce documentation related to vendor assurance activities and communicate findings to key stakeholders and committees</li><li>Maintain IT Workforce or Vendor related guidance documentation and frameworks</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers on onboarding resource augmentation staff or teams</li></ul>
