Senior Mobile Developer - React / Expo
<p><b>Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Demonstrable experience delivering cross-platform / hybrid mobile applications through the full SDLC to end-user release</li><li>Strong commercial experience with React Native and Expo</li><li>Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services</li><li>Good understanding of iOS and Android platforms, including considerations when working with hybrid frameworks</li><li>BPSS Clearance required; SC Clearance preferred</li><li>Native iOS and/or Android development experience (desirable)</li><li>Experience implementing offline or low-connectivity capabilities within mobile applications (desirable)</li><li>Experience with Government SSO solutions e.g. Gov Gateway, Gov One (desirable)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Contribute to a detailed technical assessment of a mobile application utilizing a hybrid framework</li><li>Evaluate the robustness, maintainability and scalability of the current React Native / Expo implementation</li><li>Provide evidence-based observations to inform future technical direction</li><li>Support discussions comparing different mobile delivery approaches, as required</li><li>Engage with a small group of technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate findings clearly and appropriately</li></ul>
