SAP Ariba Trainer
<p><b>Salary: £90,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Understanding of the end to end procure to pay process and how this operates within SAP Ariba</li><li>SAP Ariba end-user training experience within a corporate environment</li><li>Clear implementation experience and expertise in training delivery using SAP EnableNow, including planning, designing, developing, organizing, writing, and editing recordings and book pages</li><li>Experience translating process design documentation into end-user facing training material</li><li>Experience conducting training needs assessments covering system and process elements of SAP Ariba implementations</li><li>Experienced classroom and virtual trainer, comfortable presenting to both large and small audiences, including those who may challenge why change is happening</li><li>Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training designs and materials to provide essential knowledge and enhance user adoption</li><li>Expert knowledge in MS Office suite</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Work with Business Change Leads, SI Partner, Procurement, and Product Owners to prepare the organization for changes to its procure to pay processes and introduction of SAP Ariba</li><li>Use outputs from training needs analysis to make updates where required</li><li>Be responsible for the delivery of end-user training</li><li>Monitor effectiveness of training activities as part of business readiness assessments leading up to go-live</li><li>Conduct recorded and live training courses and provide demos for self-learning using written materials</li></ul>
