<p><b>Salary: £30,000 - 54,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Clear analytical thinking and precise written communication</li><li>Proven track record in a busy environment with competing priorities</li><li>Solid understanding of typical business management processes, including order management, stock control, and invoicing</li><li>Aptitude and interest to pick up complex business scenarios and work across multiple concurrent projects</li><li>Strong inter-personal and communication skills to chair meetings effectively</li><li>Excellent written English, with experience in business and technical documents</li><li>Practical approach to problem-solving</li><li>Resilience and flexibility, with the ability to cope under pressure</li><li>Basic understanding of database and/or software design principles (preferred)</li><li>Experience working with SMEs (preferred)</li><li>Bachelors degree (preferred)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Identify, capture, and analyse business requirements from our clients via workshops and Teams calls</li><li>Create functional specifications to describe software development projects, following internal documentation standards</li><li>Brief managers and our development team on project requirements</li><li>Assess impact of change requests and discuss risks and benefits</li><li>Support user acceptance testing and go-live with client stakeholders</li><li>Develop productive working relationships internally and externally, representing our values of quality, trust, teamwork, and delivery</li><li>Ensure we deliver great products and have satisfied clients</li></ul>

<p>At Cloud Street, we are a small team of business software architects based in Stirling. We design and build bespoke business software systems for SMEs. We offer a full-time, permanent position with flexibility for the right candidate.
