Support Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Previous experience working in a support or helpdesk environment (essential)</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory, Wintel, and Microsoft Exchange (essential)</li><li>Experience with XenApp (advantageous)</li><li>HNC in Computing or equivalent qualification</li><li>Microsoft Certified Professional training (advantageous)</li><li>Full UK driving licence (essential)</li><li>Physically fit and able to safely lift and move equipment, including heavier items, when required</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide day-to-day system management and issue resolution</li><li>Support all systems including applications, desktop hardware, desktop operations, and telecoms</li><li>Investigate, communicate, and resolve incidents in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)</li><li>Perform occasional on-site support and equipment handling</li></ul>
