Solutions Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>1-2 years Solutions Engineering experience, ideally with a background in professional services implementation</li><li>In-depth experience with PSA software; knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable but not essential</li><li>Excellent customer and people skills, able to read the room and discuss potential solutions while also diving into details as needed</li><li>Ability to handle questions from prospects and demonstrate flexibility within the solution framework</li><li>Willingness to engage in proof of concepts and AI capabilities</li><li>Comfortable preparing clear SOWs that align with customer expectations</li><li>Open to opportunities across the UK, Europe, and the US (East Coast time zones)</li><li>Comfortable working fully remote, based in the UK with quarterly visits to the London office</li></ul>

<ul><li>Translate customer needs into compelling, narrative-driven demos tailored to prospect personas</li><li>Collaborate with Account Executives on deals, assess requirements, and position product features</li><li>Maintain and update demo templates and environments; communicate improvements internally</li><li>Efficiently map service workflows across service execution and operations</li><li>Support sales discovery sessions with technical and business audiences</li><li>Draft clear, value-based SOWs that align with customer expectations</li><li>Run interactive discussions on the scope of work with clients focusing on key outcomes and custom requirements</li><li>Manage proof of concepts, showcasing AI capabilities</li></ul>
