CRM Automation Specialist
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>4 years experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation</li><li>Hands-on experience within B2B eCommerce environments</li><li>Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and triggers</li><li>Experience using CRM/marketing automation platforms</li><li>Comfortable collaborating closely with marketing teams</li><li>Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS or subscription-based business experience</li><li>Nice to have: Exposure to loyalty or retention-focused CRM strategies</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Automating and running CRM campaigns across email and lifecycle channels</li><li>Designing and maintaining end-to-end customer journeys, including hybrid flow-chart style journey mapping</li><li>Driving loyalty and repeat engagement through data-led automation</li><li>Working closely with the marketing team to align CRM activity with wider campaigns</li><li>Analyzing performance and continuously optimizing journeys and automation flows</li></ul>
