<ul><li>Development team leadership experience</li><li>Product ownership, product planning, roadmap planning</li><li>Experience of working in a control environment or with Technology controls</li><li>Experience in working within a global organization and globally distributed development teams</li><li>Ability to communicate ideas, views, and concerns effectively and respectfully</li><li>Active participation in exchanges of ideas with others</li><li>Ability to develop effective networks by seeking out opportunities for collaboration</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Be a pro-active, collaborative, and inquisitive member of the DevX Standards and Controls leadership team</li><li>Support the head of Standards and Controls directly</li><li>Understand and enhance the standards in collaboration with various stakeholders</li><li>Lead/facilitate product planning and prioritization to deliver towards a future vision for API standards</li><li>Align and communicate roadmaps for the product to the customers</li><li>Run customer forums for API standards</li><li>Ensure that the customer is the focus of new work and transitions</li><li>Champion the usage of data and metrics to improve understanding of customer interactions with the products</li></ul>
