Lead IMS Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience in managing competing priorities and demands in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Excellent organisational skills</li><li>Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills</li><li>Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a regulated industry</li><li>Extensive experience in developing and implementing Process Best Practice</li><li>Excellent understanding of process modelling standards and techniques</li><li>Capable of using Visio for process mapping</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or energy sector (Essential)</li><li>LEAN Six Sigma green belt trained (Desirable)</li><li>Experience using PowerBI or equivalent visualisation tool (Desirable)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support the SZC organisation in updating and publishing documents</li><li>Develop and refine procedures for the Sizewell C project</li><li>Manage the procedure work pipeline to ensure adherence to standards</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver process requirements and solutions</li><li>Train and coach others in procedure development best practices</li><li>Organise and facilitate workshops for process definition</li><li>Lead a team of IMS Analysts and ensure prioritisation of tasks</li><li>Provide Process Architecture service to the IMS Governance Manager</li><li>Assess ongoing process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations</li><li>Create and present procedure-related updates at strategic forums</li><li>Promote the implementation of the IMS throughout the business</li><li>Coordinate the flow of business processes between functions</li><li>Maintain data records for easy access within the EDRMS</li></ul>
