<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Lead, or Primary Care Practice Administrator.</li><li>Excellent analytical and research skills.</li><li>A curious mindset and desire to engage with market stakeholders to understand problems.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and strong research and discovery skills.</li><li>Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong influencing and negotiation skills when dealing with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.</li><li>Beneficial to have experience working in a software development organization.</li><li>Collaborating with the delivery and product teams at all stages within iterations.</li><li>Experience in using a range of techniques to capture requirements and ensure user recommendations are accommodated with the product epics.</li><li>Participation in product workshops, refinement planning, and sprint backlog prioritization.</li><li>Experience of project management and relevant qualifications such as Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Prince2 are beneficial.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Develop a product roadmap that reflects the end-to-end value of the product.</li><li>Manage product feature requests and bug fix backlogs.</li><li>Communicate product concepts and design ideas to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure products are responsive to customer needs.</li><li>Evaluate the success of new product releases and evidence the associated value.</li><li>Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit exact requirements and determine priorities.</li><li>Partner with engineering and UX from discovery through to delivery covering areas including problem framing, solution, and release.</li><li>Turn insights into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.</li><li>Use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity.</li></ul>
