Business Analyst

<p><b>Salary: £37,000 - 42,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst working alongside software development teams</li><li>Solid understanding of the SDLC (Agile and/or Waterfall)</li><li>DevOps experience is desirable</li><li>Experience working with multiple stakeholders and departments</li><li>Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Working closely with software developers, product owners, and technical teams across the SDLC</li><li>Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements</li><li>Translating business needs into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments</li><li>Assisting in the management of key IT projects</li><li>Supporting delivery through development, testing, and UAT</li><li>Ensuring solutions meet business objectives and deliver real value</li></ul>
