Software Support Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent apprenticeship</li><li>Strong programming skills in C#, .NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3</li><li>Familiarity with API management tools like Postman and Swagger</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Take ownership of support requests and provide updates to the team</li><li>Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues</li><li>Update customer documentation to prevent recurrent issues</li><li>Monitor production environment insights and alerts proactively</li><li>Test new product releases and support partner developer teams integrating with their platform</li><li>Support the maintenance and development of internal systems including Salesforce CRM</li></ul>

<p>We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our team in Newark. Offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
