SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Support Team Manager
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 6 years specializing in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors</li><li>Deep functional expertise across SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll, including UK Payroll</li><li>Solid experience working with ECC and S/4HANA environments</li><li>Strong understanding of integrations between SAP HCM and other SAP modules</li><li>Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, Managed Services environment</li><li>SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM certification preferred</li><li>Experience working within regulated industries or public sector organizations is advantageous</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide others</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HCM Managed Services team through mentoring, performance management, and targeted training plans</li><li>Identify and address technical and non-technical capability gaps to continuously strengthen HCM expertise</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people management activities, including holidays, absence, and team administration</li><li>Provide hands-on functional support across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, including Employee Central, Payroll, Talent, and Time</li><li>Deliver 2nd and 3rd line advisory services to UK, Ireland, and global customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution</li><li>Translate HR business requirements into best-practice SAP HCM solutions and advise on change requests</li><li>Collaborate closely with Basis, ABAP, Integration, and Finance teams to resolve complex issues</li><li>Monitor SLAs, manage workloads effectively, and maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction</li></ul>
