IT Specialist
<p><b>Salary: £38,000 - 38,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support with a proactive can-do attitude.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.</li><li>A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering world-class service.</li><li>Willingness to travel to other UK sites and occasionally overseas, as required, with a full, valid UK driving licence.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal and external users, both remotely and onsite.</li><li>Take ownership of support tickets, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently within agreed SLA targets.</li><li>Collaborate with the Head of IT and the wider team to deliver improvement plans and strategic objectives.</li><li>Lead local IT initiatives and support the maintenance and development of infrastructure and network systems.</li><li>Manage IT assets, onboarding new users, and delivering IT inductions and training.</li><li>Proactively monitor and manage the IT estate using various tools, ensuring the organisations IT environment runs smoothly and securely.</li></ul>
