IT Project Coordinator

<p><b>Salary: £20,000 - 32,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Good experience in coordinating projects</li><li>Strong organisational and documentation experience</li><li>A proactive and solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Some experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)</li><li>Experience with software development teams</li><li>Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Organising and managing sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives</li><li>Working closely with development teams and key stakeholders</li><li>Ensuring risks are communicated and addressed</li><li>Promoting a culture of continuous improvement</li><li>Ensuring backlogs are maintained and prioritised</li></ul>
