Integration Specialist
<p><b>Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level systems</li><li>Experience with Boomi integration</li><li>Familiarity with HCM and ERP solutions, particularly IFS and Dayforce</li><li>Exposure to ProFinda is beneficial</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues</li><li>Skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders</li><li>Proficiency in documentation for technical specifications and processes</li><li>Understanding of compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards</li><li>Experience in system upgrades, patches, and new feature additions</li><li>Leadership skills to mentor other developers and IT team members</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise systems and applications</li><li>Understand interface source and target data design and impacts to Boomi integrations</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to integrations and data flows</li><li>Collaborate with project team members to understand and translate requirements</li><li>Document requirements in technical specifications</li><li>Plan and implement new deployments and outages</li><li>Develop supporting documentation for analysis, design, coding, configuration, testing, and processes</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise systems and integrations</li><li>Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and meet performance standards</li><li>Participate in service reviews and contribute to quality maintenance</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to IT team members</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Corporate IT team</li></ul>
