IMS Lead Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Provide technical expertise to support the Integrated Management System (IMS) team in updating and publishing documents.</li><li>Develop and refine procedures for the Sizewell C (SZC) project, creating new procedures and ensuring adherence to standards.</li><li>Manage the procedure work pipeline utilizing excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.</li><li>Collaborate with various stakeholders across the SZC project, delivering process requirements and solutions for system development projects.</li><li>Train and coach others in procedure development best practices.</li><li>Organise and facilitate workshops to define processes with an emphasis on process modelling expertise (Lean/Six Sigma).</li><li>Lead a team of IMS Analysts, ensuring prioritisation of work and appropriate support for the Sizewell C business.</li><li>Coordinate the flow of business processes between Delivery, Enabling, and Support functions.</li><li>Assess the effectiveness of ongoing process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations.</li><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of a prioritised procedure work pipeline, escalating delays when required.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all commercial and sensitive information and keep project records readily accessible.</li></ul>
