1st Line NOC Engineer (German)
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Fluent in German</li><li>Maths, English and ICT skills</li><li>Experience with Word and Excel</li><li>Experience within a Network environment or Support Desk (desirable)</li><li>Good attention to detail</li><li>Organised and able to prioritise tasks</li><li>Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner</li><li>Ability to demonstrate a practical approach to problems or challenges</li><li>Committed and willing to learn</li><li>Enthusiastic and self-motivated</li><li>Excellent timekeeping, reliable and trustworthy</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Ensure Service Levels are achieved by providing prompt and effective resolution to incidents and problems</li><li>Work closely with Infrastructure, Operations and Delivery teams to implement new systems and services smoothly</li><li>Provide detailed advice and guidance to customers on the effective use of systems, products, and services</li><li>Identify and investigate problems to diagnose underlying causes and assist customers</li><li>Interface between customers and service providers for unresolved requests</li><li>Set priorities for resolution, monitor progress, and apply escalation procedures</li><li>Manage customer Incidents and Requests to ensure resolution within agreed timescales</li></ul>
