ERP Systems Analyst
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>University degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field</li><li>Strong understanding of Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP, with previous experience as a Developer or Systems Analyst (experience with other ERP systems may be beneficial)</li><li>High proficiency in SSRS, REST API, KPIs, development, integration, and customization</li><li>Solid understanding of ERP business processes including MRP, BoM, MoM, production, finance, warehousing, logistics, sales, marketing, and procurement</li><li>Experience with ERP maintenance, support, and training</li><li>Competence in project and stakeholder management</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills</li><li>Experience with CRM, SharePoint, and Power BI</li><li>A practical, hands-on approach to strategic execution and implementation</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Maintain and optimize the use of the Epicor Kinetic Cloud ERP system</li><li>Enhance business processes and efficiency</li><li>Assist in the Kinetic UX migration due for completion by May 2026</li><li>Support ERP maintenance and provide training as needed</li><li>Manage projects and stakeholder communications</li><li>Collaborate with teams to improve overall ERP effectiveness</li></ul>
