Senior OT Solutions Architect
<p><b>Salary: £95,000 - 95,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Senior Architect (or equivalent) in a large, complex IT or OT environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of Operational Technology systems and middleware</li><li>Hands-on experience with Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS)</li><li>Expertise in systems integration, APIs, data architecture and analytics</li><li>Experience integrating on-premise platforms with cloud solutions</li><li>Strong understanding of cyber security architecture, IAM and secure system design</li><li>Experience working with technology and solution vendors</li><li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders</li><li>Experience applying enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate</li><li>Comfortable working in Agile environments</li><li>Desirable: Experience in the utilities or electricity distribution sector</li><li>Desirable: Exposure to AI-enabled operational systems and predictive technologies</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as the technical design authority for the ADMS platform, ensuring solutions align with architecture, cyber security and operational standards</li><li>Define, communicate and evolve current and target-state OT architectures</li><li>Lead complex architectural transformations across multiple vendors and internal teams</li><li>Develop and govern platform architecture lifecycles, reference models, standards and design patterns</li><li>Champion standardisation and minimise unnecessary customisation</li><li>Produce roadmaps that enable frequent, incremental delivery of value</li><li>Provide trusted advisory support to business leaders and delivery teams</li><li>Review and assure technical designs through an Architecture Review Board</li><li>Support areas such as data migration, environments, interfaces, legacy retirement and documentation</li><li>Coach and mentor junior architects and technical team members</li><li>Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise OT solutions</li></ul>
