IT Support Engineer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience as an IT Support Engineer, Field Engineer, MSP Engineer, or Service Desk Engineer</li><li>Ideally previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)</li><li>Experience working with ticketing systems and SLAs</li><li>Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows, macOS, and networking experience</li><li>Ubiquiti UniFi installation and support experience</li><li>Security-focused approach to IT support and field engineering</li><li>Customer-facing experience (IT, retail, hospitality, or similar)</li><li>Leadership experience or the ambition to progress into a senior or lead role</li><li>Full UK driving licence (field-based role)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>IT support and service desk ticket resolution (remote support)</li><li>Field Engineer site visits for installations, upgrades, and fault-finding</li><li>Microsoft 365 administration (Azure AD, Intune, users, licensing, security)</li><li>MSP proactive support including patching, monitoring, and maintenance</li><li>Install, configure, and support Ubiquiti UniFi networking equipment</li><li>Windows and macOS support</li><li>Networking support including routers, switches, and WiFi</li><li>Work to Cyber Essentials Plus and IT security best practice</li><li>Follow MSP processes, documentation, and service improvement tasks</li></ul>

<p>We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) located in the South West, seeking an IT Support Engineer / IT Field Engineer / MSP Engineer to support both remote IT assistance and on-site engineering.
