<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead discovery and requirements definition across multiple business teams.</li><li>Design future-state CRM processes aligned to best practice.</li><li>Produce clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.</li><li>Support CRM migration activity including data mapping, testing, and UAT.</li><li>Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate delivery against requirements.</li></ul>
