Senior BI Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Expert SQL experience (analysis, modelling, working with complex datasets)</li><li>Python experience for analysis, automation and prototyping</li><li>Databricks experience/exposure in an analytical setting</li><li>Strong understanding of metrics, definitions, anomalies and data quality</li><li>Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>3+ years in BI/analytics</li><li>Nice to have: Power BI (or similar BI tooling)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain scalable data models and reporting outputs that support business needs</li><li>Lead data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency</li><li>Reduce reporting issues and manual work with smarter modelling and automation processes</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into requirements and solutions</li><li>Help build and improve the companys new reporting approach as its being developed</li><li>Provide analysis to identify trends, drivers, and improvement opportunities across the business</li></ul>
