Software Developer
<p><b>Salary: £59,000 - 95,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience of working in an Agile delivery team</li><li>Strong experience of working and delivering C++ and Windows Presentation Framework (WPF) products</li><li>Experience of using development lifecycle tools: GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, and DOORS</li><li>Experience working across all security classifications and delivery of solutions following Secure by Design (SbD) principles</li><li>Leading a team of multi-skilled developers to effectively deliver high value products</li><li>Ability to quickly form effective working relationships with all stakeholders</li><li>Understanding of configuration management processes and systems</li><li>(Preferred but not essential) Experience in C# and WPF</li><li>(Preferred but not essential) Experience building enterprise level applications or services</li><li>(Preferred but not essential) Experience in a simulation and/or training environment</li><li>(Preferred but not essential) Experience using TDD, BDD and knowledge of SOLID principles</li></ul>

<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code aligned with industry best practices</li><li>Deliver features aligned with the product roadmap</li><li>Conduct peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback and quality oversight</li><li>Promote continuous improvement of development practices and code quality</li><li>Provide technical leadership and direction within the team</li><li>Architect and implement new product capabilities and enhancements</li><li>Create and maintain test artefacts, including unit and integration tests for a robust continuous delivery pipeline</li></ul>
