<ul><li>A solid background in modern software engineering or platform infrastructure support</li><li>Proven track record in creating and maintaining infrastructure as code platforms, cloud environments, or similar</li><li>Ability to quickly learn technical skills</li><li>Experience in project management decisions as part of agile service delivery teams</li><li>Strong leadership and mentoring skills</li><li>Knowledge of automation and monitoring best practices</li><li>Familiarity with cloud services on AWS and Azure and technical documentation creation</li></ul>

<ul><li>Own the development and operation of the cloud infrastructure</li><li>Test and deploy product updates</li><li>Identify and resolve issues</li><li>Implement integrations</li><li>Improve automation and monitoring</li><li>Act as the technical product owner for the cloud infrastructure</li><li>Provide team and project leadership to ensure standards are met</li><li>Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure software development adheres to established processes</li><li>Maintain and update processes as required</li><li>Manage and prioritize personal and team workload, escalating issues as necessary</li><li>Ensure adherence to required policies, standards, controls, and best practices</li><li>Create, maintain, and review technical documentation to share knowledge</li><li>Proactively monitor cloud environments to prevent issues</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across cloud services</li><li>Assist in mentoring and developing the team</li><li>Deputize for the Infrastructure Cloud Lead as required</li></ul>
