<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform</li><li>Strong background in solution design and enterprise integrations</li><li>Omnichannel & Copilot Studio knowledge (IVR setup essential)</li><li>Power Platform development experience (Apps, Automate, BI, Pages)</li><li>Proficiency in C#, JavaScript customisations, workflows, and custom actions</li><li>Knowledge of Dataverse architecture & governance</li><li>Experience with Azure integrations</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD (Azure DevOps)</li><li>XRM Toolbox proficiency</li><li>Bonus: Experience in Field Service & IoT configuration</li><li>Bonus: Experience with large-scale data migrations into Dataverse</li><li>Bonus: Eligibility for (or holding) SC Clearance</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design and build custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform</li><li>Lead development across Customer Service, Sales & Marketing</li><li>Configure and optimise Omnichannel & Copilot Studio (live chat, voice, digital messaging, IVR)</li><li>Develop using C# (.NET), JavaScript, SQL, HTML</li><li>Create and manage Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI</li><li>Own integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault</li><li>Architect and govern enterprise-scale Dataverse environments</li><li>Implement CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps</li><li>Support ALM best practices (solution layering, source control)</li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain applications within an ITIL service environment</li><li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement</li></ul>
