Senior Oracle Application Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Demonstrable experience as an Oracle Developer with in-depth knowledge of E Business Suite Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payments, Sub Ledger Accounting, and Cash Management.</li><li>Experience collaborating with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to review requirements and use these along with agreed standards and tools to design, code, test, correct, and document programmes or scripts of medium to high complexity.</li><li>Ability to co-ordinate build activities and support testing activities, including functional, integration, and performance.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills; able to identify patterns across large volumes of data for root cause analysis of high priority incidents/issues and propose appropriate resolutions.</li><li>Extensive experience delivering robust Oracle E Business Suite solutions, including SQL/PLSQL development, OAF personalisation and extensions, Oracle Reports/XML Publisher, APIs, interfaces, web service integrations, workflow configuration, and performance tuning to support secure, scalable enterprise applications.</li><li>Desirable experience in Configuration Management, Java, Node.js, MongoDB, and Oracle Advanced Queues (Streams).</li></ul>

<ul><li>Maintain, support, and enhance complex customisations and integrations with the core Oracle platform.</li><li>Serve as the trusted Oracle E-business expert, providing technical support and resolving issues.</li><li>Support system integrations and architectural decisions.</li><li>Champion best practices across the department, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, reliable applications.</li><li>Own the delivery, quality, and performance of applications and software solutions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Architecture and Engineering teams to design stable, resilient, robust, and operationally sound Application services.</li></ul>
