MES Recipe Author
<p><b>Salary: £104,000 - 117,600 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Expert in PharmaSuite and specific functionalities.</li><li>Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (Solid oral dose and packaging preferred).</li><li>Experience in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices.</li><li>Strong skills in process mapping (Visio) and recipe designing.</li><li>Ability to work with site SMEs for EBR development in Rockwell Pharmasuite.</li><li>Familiarity with legacy systems (P2C2, PMX, etc.) and their integration.</li><li>Experience in creating and configuring master recipes and associated data.</li><li>Knowledge of validation documentation and change management processes.</li><li>Ability to prepare and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>Proven capability to work in a fast-paced agile team environment.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Execution and coordination of Master Recipe creation and master data management.</li><li>Designing, testing, and verifying recipes with required integrations (SAP, gLIMS, etc.).</li><li>Coordinating with core and site teams for site-specific requirements.</li><li>Converting paper batch records into Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) in Rockwell Pharmasuite.</li><li>Developing reusable Building Blocks for multiple processes.</li><li>Conducting UAT, change management, and validation documentation.</li><li>Providing HyperCare and Go-live support during EBR implementation.</li><li>Collaborating with lead RA to develop Building Block requirements.</li><li>Addressing site-specific questions and use cases regarding EBRs.</li><li>Participating in fit gap analysis and process standardization discussions.</li></ul>
