Head of Technology
<p><b>Salary: £65,000 - 69,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Relevant Professional Qualification / Education to degree standard or equivalent</li><li>Strong knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, GDPR and secure access controls</li><li>Experience leading technology strategy, adoption and change</li><li>Sound understanding of networking, cybersecurity and disaster recovery</li><li>Experience managing and developing diverse technical teams</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead the development and delivery of Treloars technology strategy</li><li>Ensure our systems, infrastructure and digital services are secure, resilient, and focused on the needs of students and staff</li><li>Work closely with senior leaders, trustees and operational teams</li><li>Embed a strong secure by design culture and robust governance across data and systems</li><li>Manage our Computer Systems and Business Systems teams</li><li>Chair the Technology Group</li><li>Oversee key business and learning technologies across the organisation</li></ul>
