Head of Data Centre Design
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>8 years as a data centre design manager or in mission-critical facilities</li><li>Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background</li><li>Experience as technical authority over external designs</li><li>Exposure to high-density or HPC environments</li><li>Experience with design & build delivery models</li><li>Chartered Engineer status (nice to have)</li><li>Knowledge of sustainable design and DCIM systems (nice to have)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own and evolve the organizations reference architecture and technical standards</li><li>Review and approve third-party designs across all MEP disciplines</li><li>Lead decisions on power architecture, cooling strategies, and system resilience</li><li>Support construction and commissioning teams with technical problem-solving</li><li>Ensure designs are fit for long-term operation and performance</li><li>Contribute to the technical roadmap and standardization strategy</li></ul>

This senior leadership role is for an experienced data centre design manager who wants to own technical design governance, influence strategy, and scale a next-generation platform.
