Hardware/Software Technician

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience repairing laptops, desktops, and mobile devices</li><li>Familiarity with HP, Dell, Apple, and Lenovo systems</li><li>Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills</li><li>Excellent organisation and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and within a team</li><li>Eligible to obtain Government SC clearance</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues</li><li>Perform laptop, desktop, and mobile device repairs</li><li>Install spare parts and carry out warranty repairs to OEM standards</li><li>Stage and configure devices with predefined builds</li><li>Manage and update service tickets accurately</li><li>Maintain asset tracking and workshop organisation (6S)</li><li>Escalate potential SLA risks to supervisors</li></ul>
