Interim IT Manager
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with CRM permissions and governance.</li><li>Deep working knowledge of Azure / Entra ID, including group structures and directory management.</li><li>Confidence managing IT change in live environments.</li><li>A practical, delivery-focused mindset.</li><li>Ability to quickly assess, prioritise and execute.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Redesign and rationalise CRM roles and permissions to create a clear, secure and scalable framework.</li><li>Review and restructure Azure / Entra directory to align with business needs, including distribution and security groups.</li><li>Lead a thorough clean-up of legacy accounts and outdated groups to improve governance and security.</li><li>Help scope and support a SharePoint redesign project to modernise collaboration.</li><li>Support the rollout of a new email signature and Teams branding solution, ensuring consistency and professionalism across the organisation.</li></ul>
