Technical Helpdesk - Spanish
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Fluent in English and Spanish</li><li>Customer service or support/helpdesk experience</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong telephone manner</li><li>Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused</li><li>CRM or telephony system experience (desirable)</li><li>SQL, reporting tools, or XML knowledge (desirable)</li><li>Familiarity with HubSpot and Aircall (a plus)</li></ul>

<ul><li>Triage inbound support tickets and route to the correct technical teams</li><li>Answer inbound customer calls and direct enquiries appropriately</li><li>Provide clear, professional customer communication</li><li>Log and document customer interactions accurately</li><li>Support customers with general software-related queries</li></ul>
