Systems Configuration Analyst
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience analysing, capturing, and presenting complex information from multiple sources</li><li>Strong experience designing processes or tools to manage systems configuration data</li><li>Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, including advising and working with senior stakeholders</li><li>Experience working in complex environments with multiple priorities and external suppliers</li><li>Ability to operate confidently in a client-side role, engaging with the supply chain</li><li>Knowledge of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and associated control methods (desirable)</li><li>High-level understanding of IT architecture and data systems (desirable)</li><li>Experience in systems configuration management and systems transition or change programmes (desirable)</li><li>Highways or transport sector experience (desirable)</li></ul>

<ul><li>Support the understanding, documentation, and transition of legacy traffic management system configurations</li><li>Baseline existing configurations and support their migration into new platforms</li><li>Engage confidently with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration</li><li>Analyze and present complex information clearly to facilitate informed decision-making</li><li>Participate in a multi-year modernisation programme, focusing on systems thinking and strategic insights</li></ul>
