D365 F&O Consultant
<p><b>Salary: £85,000 - 90,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in technologies and capabilities provided by Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.</li><li>Knowledge of out-of-the-box capabilities and limitations.</li><li>Direct Debit experience.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in the SCM & Finance modules; willingness to explore other modules.</li><li>Full implementation lifecycle experience of ERP based programs within Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li><li>Understanding of supporting business processes.</li><li>Experience in facilitating workshops to gather and document user needs and translating them into business processes and a product backlog.</li><li>Passion for delivering according to an agile methodology, including planning projects and releases in sprints, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.</li><li>Familiarity with the broader Microsoft stack (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365).</li><li>Relevant functional experience of approximately 5-6 years.</li><li>Overall experience of 12 years in the field.</li><li>Experience working as an individual contributor.</li><li>Experience with Agile Processes.</li><li>Exposure to the Energy Industry is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent client-facing, communication, and team leadership skills.</li><li>Strong coordination skills and experience with multiple vendor engagement.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Liaise with business owners and development teams to refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that align with our business needs.</li><li>Advise business stakeholders in terms of transforming their operations in line with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and translate this into technical requirements.</li><li>Oversee the implementation of F&O projects.</li><li>Manage the design and implementation of multiple functional aspects of the solution.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team to convert business requirements into customer-focused solutions.</li><li>Conduct functional testing, end-to-end process testing, and integration testing using Postman.</li><li>Facilitate workshops to gather and document user needs and ensure they are translated into effective business processes and product backlogs.</li></ul>
