OpenShift Architect
<p><b>Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong experience as an OpenShift Architect or Senior OpenShift Engineer</li><li>Deep knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) architecture, installation, and operations</li><li>Strong hands-on Kubernetes expertise</li><li>Experience designing and building enterprise container platforms</li><li>Solid experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Tekton, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab)</li><li>Experience with container technologies (Docker, Podman, Helm)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on Red Hat OpenShift</li><li>Lead the development and rollout of business and technical processes on the OpenShift platform</li><li>Provide hands-on engineering support for platform build, configuration, and optimisation</li><li>Define platform standards, patterns, and best practices</li><li>Support application onboarding, containerisation, and migration to OpenShift</li><li>Design and implement CI/CD and GitOps pipelines</li><li>Implement security, governance, and compliance controls across the platform</li><li>Optimise platform performance, availability, and scalability</li><li>Collaborate with product owners, developers, and operations teams</li><li>Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues</li><li>Produce and maintain technical documentation and architecture artefacts</li></ul>
