Product Developer

<p><b>Salary: £36,000 - 76,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Degree educated in Food Science, Food Technology, Baking or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience in product development within food manufacturing</li><li>Strong costing and analytical skills</li><li>Experience working with major UK retailers</li><li>Well organised, detail focused and confident communicating at all levels</li><li>Passionate about food and innovation</li><li>Full UK driving licence needed</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Develop and refine bakery recipes in our test bakery</li><li>Manage a varied bakery portfolio including FOTM, Decorated Cakes, and traybakes</li><li>Validate product concepts and prepare costings</li><li>Complete stage gate documentation</li><li>Participate in customer-facing submissions and presentations</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Concept Manager and Concept Technologist</li></ul>
