Technical Trainer - Oracle Primavera
<p><b>Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (NEC4 or contract/event management use cases)</li><li>Background in project controls, commercial management, or enterprise system delivery</li><li>Deep understanding of NEC4 contract processes and their application in large programmes</li><li>Experience operating as a subject matter expert within major business or digital transformation programmes</li><li>Ability to work across complex stakeholder groups including project teams, commercial functions, contractors, and consultants</li><li>Experience in asset-heavy environments such as utilities, infrastructure, or construction</li><li>Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud or P6 is advantageous</li><li>Strong communication skills with the credibility to guide senior users and delivery teams</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as SME for Oracle Primavera Unifier NEC4 CEM, including Early Warnings, Compensation Events, Instructions, Programmes, Payments, Certificates, and Closeout</li><li>Support business readiness for the transition from ASITE to Unifier, aligned to Business Change milestones and cutover plans</li><li>Translate NEC4 business processes into clear system usage models and operating practices</li><li>Advise project, commercial, and delivery teams on correct use of Unifier workflows and permissions</li><li>Provide governance and assurance over Unifier-related materials, guidance, and user communications</li><li>Support Super User networks and act as escalation point for process or system queries</li><li>Monitor adoption, usage issues, and behavioural risks post-go-live, recommending corrective actions</li><li>Input into reinforcement activity where gaps in understanding or compliance are identified</li></ul>
