Product Manager
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>5 years of hands-on experience delivering healthcare technology solutions.</li><li>Experience working with regulated SaMD products (IEC 62304 preferred).</li><li>Startup or scale-up experience owning product development and growth.</li><li>Strong understanding of regulated healthcare environments.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, AI Act, Data Act is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience with Medical Devices, Gen AI, Information Security, or QMS systems.</li><li>Pre-sales or customer-facing product experience.</li><li>Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Define, maintain, and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy.</li><li>Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, AI Act).</li><li>Translate compliance and business needs into clear functional requirements and prioritized backlogs.</li><li>Partner closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, compliant releases.</li><li>Drive continuous UX improvement focused on simplicity, automation, and regulatory alignment.</li><li>Lead product planning and release cycles within a defined QMS framework.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and support certification audits.</li><li>Manage internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, and leadership.</li><li>Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.</li><li>Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, sales, and legal teams.</li><li>Contribute to go-to-market strategy for new modules and features.</li><li>Shape pricing strategy and define value propositions for target segments (e.g., medical device manufacturers).</li><li>Develop product materials: sales decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, release notes.</li><li>Conduct product demos, webinars, and support pre-sales activities.</li><li>Define and monitor product adoption metrics to inform optimization decisions.</li><li>Develop deep domain expertise in healthcare compliance and regulated software.</li><li>Act as a product ambassador at industry events, webinars, and client engagements.</li><li>Contribute to internal product and industry knowledge communities.</li></ul>
