<ul><li>Guide new customers through the implementation of our SystmOne software</li><li>Oversee and plan projects from start to finish in the UK and internationally</li><li>Ensure safe and successful data migration for projects with tens of thousands of patients</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to address customer issues and solve complex problems</li><li>Manage direction of the project and ensure customer satisfaction with our product and service</li></ul>
